Shipping Policy
We ship from Japan through Express Mail Service (EMS) supported by Japan Post.
After adding products to the shopping cart, click on "Estimate shipping", then the tentative delivery fees will be shown.
We will announce you the determined shipping charge only when the estimate has changed.
Otherwise, we proceed to ship the package straight away.
Handling Fee
Handling fee of JPY1000 is charged per order.
Delivery Days
Delivery days by normal international shipment are approximately for 7 - 12 days.
Return Policy
For whatever reason, you can return the whole or part of the order. The product can be returned if it is within 10 business days from the delivery of the package, for reasons such as size or color or refund. The goods should be returned in the same original condition, cleanly packed and tagged. All expenses related to return and exchange will be borne by the customer.
